Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Word Search mobile application ("App" or "Service") operated by Rottz Mobile Games LLC ("us," "we," or "our"), established in Florida, United States of America.
Word Search is a word puzzle game where the player searches for hidden words in a grid of letters by dragging across them in any direction.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party; (d) remove any proprietary notices from the App.
The App may offer in-app purchases, such as the option to remove advertisements. These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS). All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchase records are managed by the respective platform and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The free version of the App is supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the display of advertisements. The App uses Google AdMob to serve ads, which may include interest-based advertising. You may opt out of personalized advertising as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rottz Mobile Games LLC and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rottz Mobile Games LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rottz Mobile Games LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
