Numberama — Privacy Policy
Who we are
Rottz Mobile Games LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), established in Florida, United States of America, operates Numberama (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of data when you use the Service and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Data we collect
The Service does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play, and your game progress is stored locally on your device. While you use the Service we may automatically collect limited technical information through the third-party services described below, including your device model, operating-system version, a device/installation identifier, and how you interact with the app (such as session duration, screens visited and in-app events). This information is used to keep the Service working, secure and improving.
We also log basic gameplay events to our own servers (for example when a match starts or finishes), tagged with a randomly generated installation identifier created on first launch. This lets us count how many matches an installation plays; it is not linked to your identity, account, device details or any other personal information.
How we use your data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To notify you about changes to the Service
- To let you take part in interactive features when you choose to
- To provide customer care and support
- To understand usage so we can improve the Service
- To monitor the usage of the Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues and abuse
- To display advertisements that help support the Service
We do not sell your personal data.
Third-party services
The Service uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase Analytics — aggregate usage analytics (events, session duration, device model, OS version) used to improve the Service, not to personally identify you.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash and error diagnostics, which may include device state, a stack trace and a randomly generated installation identifier.
- Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may use your advertising identifier and approximate (IP-derived) location for interest-based ads. See Google's ad settings to opt out.
Disclosure of data
Beyond the third-party services listed above, we may disclose personal data only: (a) as required by law or in response to valid legal process (for example a subpoena or court order); (b) when we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or abuse; and (c) as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices & opt-out
- Personalized advertising — opt out of interest-based ads in Google's ad settings, or use your device settings to reset or limit your advertising identifier (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, where you can disallow "Allow Apps to Request to Track").
- Analytics — gameplay analytics use an anonymous, randomly generated install identifier that is not linked to your identity; you can end this collection at any time by uninstalling the app.
- Stop all collection — uninstalling the app stops all data collection by the app; you can additionally request deletion of stored data via our data-deletion page.
Data retention & deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Game progress kept locally remains on your device until you uninstall the app; data collected by the third-party SDKs is retained under their own policies. You can request deletion of any data associated with you at any time via our data-deletion page, or by emailing privacy@rottzgames.com.
Legal bases & your rights
Where the GDPR / UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: consent (personalized advertising and similar optional features), legitimate interests (running and securing the game, fixing crashes, preventing fraud and abuse, and basic non-personalized functionality), and performance of a contract (processing purchases and delivering features you request, such as cloud save or online play).
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email us at privacy@rottzgames.com or use our data-deletion page; you can also manage ad choices in your device settings and manage purchases in your Google account (Android) or Apple ID (iOS).
Security
We take reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain, and the third-party providers we rely on (Google, AWS) apply industry-standard protections of their own. That said, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International data transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside of your state, province or country — including in the United States, where our own servers (AWS) and the third-party providers listed above (Google/Firebase) operate. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. By using the App you acknowledge this processing.
Children's privacy
The Service is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at privacy@rottzgames.com and we will delete it within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page, and the current version and effective date are always shown at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
