Acceptance of these terms

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Idle Tower (the "App" or "Service"), operated by Rottz Mobile Games LLC, established in Florida, United States of America. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you disagree with any part of them, you may not use the Service.

License to use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. You may not: (a) copy, modify or create derivative works based on the App; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell or otherwise transfer the App to any third party; or (d) remove any proprietary notices from the App.

In-app purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, such as the option to remove advertisements. These purchases are processed entirely by Google Play (on Android) or the Apple App Store (on iOS). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We do not collect or store your payment information; purchase records are managed by the respective platform under its own terms.

The free version of the App is supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge and agree to the display of advertisements; you may opt out of personalized ads as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The App and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rottz Mobile Games LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rottz Mobile Games LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the App. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use & termination

You agree not to misuse the App — including cheating or exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantage, harassing or abusing other players, interfering with or disrupting the service or its servers, accessing it by automated means, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its online features, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms; the current version and effective date are always shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
