These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Kanji Search (the "Game"), published by Rottz Mobile Games LLC ("Rottz Games", "we", "us"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from (Google Play or Apple App Store).
The Game, including its code, design, graphics, the 漢 logo, text, and all related content, is owned by Rottz Mobile Games LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you. You may not use our names, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.
Any premium features, virtual items, or entitlements unlocked in the Game have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed (not sold) to you for use within the Game. We may modify or discontinue them, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law; (b) cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or tamper with game data or purchases; (c) use the Game for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Game or its third-party services; (e) infringe our or others' rights; or (f) submit false, abusive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content through the in-Game report / correction feature.
Reports and feedback you submit through the Game (including any free-text comment) are non-confidential. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, reproduce, and act on them to operate and improve the Game.
The Game uses third-party services (including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services / Apple Game Center, and the app stores). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Advertising and data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature) at any time, including for maintenance, security, or platform requirements. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROTTZ MOBILE GAMES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE GAME IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD 10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rottz Mobile Games LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Game or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms apply until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach them; we may also suspend or terminate access for any lawful reason. You may end the agreement by uninstalling the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless your local consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, an in-Game notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
